What is the MedCos MicroSkinPolish?

The MedCos MicroSkinPolish is three powerful and safe technologies in one device. Combined they form a complete treatment for skin rejuvenation. The applied technologies are microdermabrasion, Low Lever Laser Technology (LLLT) and Polishing. The treatment also makes use of a high-grade hyaluronic acid and a vitamin and antioxidant gel.

What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is a mechanical peeling whereby the certified MedCos Partner removes layers of old and dead skin cells via a special vacuum technology using sterile micro crystals. The used crystals and the loose skin cells are vacuumed up, the production of collagen and elastine in the skin is stimulated, and new and young cells appear.

What is LLLT?

This technology is also called Cold Laser, because hardly any heat is released – so there is no burn risk*. The certified MedCos Beautician applies active ingredients such as high-grade hyaluronic acid, essential vitamins and antioxidants to your skin. The strong light energy in combination with a massage technique enable your skin to optimally absorb the active ingredients and discharge the waste materials. What is Polishing?

What is hyaluronic acid?

Hyaluronic acid is an element naturally occurring in the dermis of the skin. Hyaluronic acid absorbs water in huge quantities, contributing to the volume and tautness of the skin.
